I just got my papers in the mail today on "Harlee". Thanks Marlo. Harlee came from Jack Foreman in Port Lavaca. I found it interesting to see some of her other relatives down the line. I thought she was just a ole south Texas dog, but her lineage includes Grahams, Campbells, Critendon, Larremore, Mcclellan, and even Riley's sailor. I juess we are just one big happy family.

Good for you Kenny. I got Rattlesnake Rose from Jack too. I know he bred a real good little cow dog for me as it turned out. I had a real good visit with him and his Mrs. Man that was one long drive though from near Abilene. I remember it well, haha. Good luck all the way around!!!

Hey Jimbo;

I can't feel sorry for myself having to make a three hour drive to Port Lavaca to get Harlee lol. I know how long that drive was for you because I used to have a deer lease between Santa Anna and Coleman. I'm glad to hear your dog that you got from Jack turned out to be a good one. The jury is still out on mine; she's just 5 months old, but she is blood trailing real well, and she likes to ride in the boat. I think I'm gonna teach her to fish next,lol. good luck to you.

Be careful teaching Harlee to fish.  Stormy (also Foreman progeny) runs to the truck if you even get so much as get close to the Flounder Gigs.  She loves Flounder and Matagorda Bay.

Jack has a boat propeller shop, and he goes to the water all the time testing props on peoples boats. He says that one of his dogs wont let you out of the yard without him if you hook up a boat to your truck. My dog doesn't care if we have the boat or not, but when I pick up my truck keys, she'll beat me to the door to go.
